It’s been a busy weekend. My mother came for a visit, and brought
with her old family photo
albums. So we spent hours looking at wonderful old photos of
family members from days gone by. I love old photos, and have a new
collection of scanned oldies for future artistic use. But, as a result I
haven’t had much time to focus on Color A Day during the last few
days. So, tonight as I’m sleepy and feeling pressure to find a Color to
post…I saw this image. The color is silvery blue and pearlescent.
Shimmery, like Mother of
Pearl. 
And so on this weekend spent with my mother…today’s color is: Mother-of-Pearl.
