Love My Daguerreotype Boyfriend

I love vintage photos, and have been obsessed with genealogy lately.  In fact I've been so obsessed that I started a blog (Illustrating My Ancestors) to chronicle my exploration and related paintings/illustrations.

And since I dig old photos,  naturally I love the website My Daguerreotype Boyfriend which posts old (daguerreotype, or tin-type era) photos of extremely hot dead guys.  In fact, I submitted one from the family archives:

 Ernest A. Calkins...family lore claims he was the wrestling champ in Southern Minnesota/Northern Iowa in the 1890's.
